“The Pheasant” Restaurant is located near St. Anthony’s Basilica, where the most popular dishes of Veneto traditional cooking can be tasted. With the expert guidance of the Rossi brothers, and their background at the Hotel and Catering School in Abano Terme as well as important international experience, the restaurant offers its guests the tastiest specialties of Veneto cuisine. In addition to gourmet food and fish dishes, Chef Alessandro also prepares – based on prior bookings – menus organized with care and research.
