Traditional cooking from the Veneto region, with particular attention given to local produce in season. Among the delicious recipes on offer: rabbit cooked in dry white wine with lemon, baccalà (stockfish) in a tomato-based sauce, baccalà tripe, gnocchi with ricotta from Borgoforte, seasonal vegetable soup served with a portion of loafed bread, “mussio in tocio” (donkey stew), tripe and farmyard meats.
